On Monday, June 11th, the first of four Cruise Nights was held in downtown Manhattan. This one was sponsored by the Village of Manhattan and the First Bank of Manhattan. Music was provided by the Fabtones and many people enjoyed listening to the oldies but goodies. The Wabash Street parking lot was full of antique cars that provided hours of entertainment for the people who came out just to look. There was a concession stand with many kinds of snacks and drinks. It was a fun family night and a good time was had by all. There are 3 more Cruise Nights planned--July 9th, August 13th, and September 10th.
