Kevin Molloy

State Farm

President

Kevin has been a resident of Manhattan for thirty-three years with his wife Sue. They have raised three adult children who all attended Anna McDonald, the Manhattan Junior High and Lincoln-Way Central High School. Kevin taught first grade CCD at St Joe’s for eight years in the 1990’s, co-founder of the Manhattan Youth Athletic Association in 1998  and cofounded Curtain Call Theatre in 1999.

 

Kevin began his State Farm career in 1985 with his office in Crete where he stayed until June 2006 when he relocated the business to the far southwest corner of New Lenox, minutes from Manhattan to be closer to home to dedicate more time to the community. Over the past fourteen years his team has enjoyed creating several events on their own as well as partnering with other local businesses. Some of their favorites were the Thanksgiving Food Drives, Toy Drives, Blood Drives, Shred Day events, the Snow Angel program, FREE Veteran’s Breakfast, the Micro Pantry Multiple Ladies Night Out events and the FREE Hot Dog lunch program Spring of 2020.

 

Kevin looks forward to leading this great Executive Board over the course of the next year and helping other businesses grow.

Donna Bateman

Donna Bateman is the Deposit Products Marketing Manager at First Bank of Manhattan. With over 30 years of banking experience, she can assist you with all of your banking needs. In her spare time, she is a tax preparer and the treasurer for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Vice President of Lincoln-Way Area Business Women’s Organization.

Kristy Byers

Manhattan Family Chiropractic

Director

Kristy Byers has enjoyed living and serving in Manhattan for the past seven years. As a small business owner, she has always tried to be as active as possible in the community by hosting and sponsoring local events such as Sip of Summer Concert Series, Moms Night Out, Irish Fest and 5k, St. Joseph’s Pints and Pork Challenge, and the Labor Day Fireworks.  Additionally, her business helps sponsor the Counting Stars in their St. Jude run to Peoria and the Illinois Celtic baseball team.
Kristy is also very active in the Park District and serves on the Park Board, which she enjoys very much. She has always been very family and community oriented and strives to continue to grow as a professional. Kristy enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with those who share common interests in helping businesses thrive.

Brittany Rojek has been a Manhattan resident along with her husband and 2 children for 8 years. Brittany is the owner and managing real estate broker of Exceptional Living Realty here in town. As the owner of a home based business, she realizes the importance for businesses of all sizes to feel welcome in our community. Brittany’s passion is connecting people with homes and helping them to achieve their personal real estate goals. Through this she has built lasting relationships with clients and works hard to give back to the surrounding communities. She and her family have enjoyed many Manhattan events over the years and she looks forward to helping the Chamber grow and to serving the business community.

Shari Fiocca has lived in Manhattan for 15 years with her husband Carl and their 3 children. 

Shari owns and operates VDS Promo, a promotional product distributor and graphic design company located here in Manhattan. She helps businesses select promotional products or design materials that make their comany or event stand out and get noticed.

As a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, she is passionate about serving our community and helping our area businesses to grow and succeed.

Joseph Cerullo

Edward Jones

Director

Joseph Cerullo is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones.  He is married to a wonderful wife Ashley and has 2 sons.  He grew up in Tinley Park and currently lives in New Lenox. He has been in the finance/investing field since out of college.  Prior to joining Edward Jones, Joseph was with a small brokerage firm at the Board of Trade. His office is located in New Lenox.  Joseph became a financial advisor because he wanted to help people achieve their financial goals.  He does this by first understanding what his clients goals are and then creating specific plans to achieve those goals.  He has been trying to meet as many people in the community as he can to introduce himself to them.  Joseph is trying to become as involved as possible in the community right now and looks forward to continuing to do so.  He has sponsored a Manhattan fall baseball team, donated to the reindeer sponsorship, and has been delivering welcome bags to new homeowners.  Joseph thinks there is a great opportunity to grow the Chamber of Manhattan, as outside businesses see the recent growth of Manhattan and the expected continued growth. He would like to become even more involved in the community and help the Chamber grow.

Kevin Sing

Village of Manhattan

Director

Kevin Sing has been employed by the Village of Manhattan since 2004.  He started in Manhattan as the Village’s first Finance Director and in 2014 began serving as Village Administrator.  As Village Administrator, Kevin is tasked with ensuring that the Village is operating in accordance with the director as set forth by the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees.Kevin also provides administrative, professional, and legislative support to the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees. Prior to a career in government, Kevin had 10 years of experience in the private sector.  His experience is primarily in banking where he served in various positions including Branch Manager,Loan Officer, and Commercial Lending Financial Analyst.  It is this wide range of experience that gives Kevin a unique perspective in understanding the challenges businesses face while he performs his role as Village Administrator.
