Shari Fiocca has lived in Manhattan for 13 years with her husband Carl and their 3 children.
Shari owns and operates Vialdo Design Studio, a promotional product distributor and graphic design company located here in Manhattan. She helps businesses select promotional products or design materials that make their comany or event stand out and get noticed.
As a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, she is passionate about serving our community and helping our area businesses to grow and succeed.
Village of Manhattan
Kevin Sing has been employed by the Village of Manhattan since 2004. He started in Manhattan as the Village’s first Finance Director and in 2014 began serving as Village Administrator. As Village Administrator, Kevin is tasked with ensuring that the Village is operating in accordance with the director as set forth by the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees.Kevin also provides administrative, professional, and legislative support to the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees. Prior to a career in government, Kevin had 10 years of experience in the private sector. His experience is primarily in banking where he served in various positions including Branch Manager,Loan Officer, and Commercial Lending Financial Analyst. It is this wide range of experience that gives Kevin a unique perspective in understanding the challenges businesses face while he performs his role as Village Administrator.
Mary Kay Cooper
Manhattan Historical Society
Mary Kay Cooper represents the Manhattan Township Historical Society. She is a retired teacher and technology coordinator, who currently serves as secretary for both the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Manhattan Township Historical Society. She is also coordinator of the Manhattan Historical Museum.
She has previously held the positions of Chamber treasurer for five years and vice-president for one year. Her committee chairs include membership, scholarships and education. She has assisted with numerous events including Christmas on State reindeer exhibits and Gingerbread House Contest, Labor Day Parades, Golf outings, Kickoff dinners, and setting up the current office. She was a major contributor to the By-laws rewrite in 2013.
First Bank of Manhattan
Donna Bateman is the Deposit Products Marketing Manager at First Bank of Manhattan. With over 25 years of banking experience, she can assist you with all of your banking needs. In her spare time, she is a tax preparer and the treasurer for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the Lincoln-Way Area Business Women’s Organization.
Manhattan Family Chiropractic
Kristy Byers has enjoyed living and serving in Manhattan for the past seven years. As a small business owner, she has always tried to be as active as possible in the community by hosting and sponsoring local events such as Sip of Summer Concert Series, Moms Night Out, Irish Fest and 5k, St. Joseph’s Pints and Pork Challenge, and the Labor Day Fireworks. Additionally, her business helps sponsor the Counting Stars in their St. Jude run to Peoria and the Illinois Celtic baseball team.
Kristy is also very active in the Park District and serves on the Park Board, which she enjoys very much. She has always been very family and community oriented and strives to continue to grow as a professional. Kristy enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with those who share common interests in helping businesses thrive.
McGrath & Clark, P.C.
Timothy McGrath is a partner at the Law Office of McGrath & Clark, PC, which is located at 440 S State Street, Manhattan, Il since 1992. He was a past Manhattan Chamber of Commerce President from 1994-1996.
In 1995, Tim founded Irish fest with the late Mike McHugh as a fundraiser for the chamber. He is a member of St Joseph Parish and was a past parish and school board member.
Tim is a member of Providence Catholic Men’s Club and Will County Bar Association. He was also a soccer coach for MYAA.
Tim is interested to promoting the business climate for the Manhattan area. His office and home are located in Manhattan, and will be an active participant in Chamber events.
Fitness Premier Clubs
Joe Regan has been a small business owner for 12 years. In 2006, he purchased Heritage Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. At that time, he was an active member of the Mokena, New Lenox and Frankfort Chambers of Commerce. Over the years, Joe has participated in numerous chamber events such as luncheons, parades and business after hours events. In 2003, Joe was the President of the New Lenox VFW Men’s Auxiliary in charge of fundraisers and community events. In 2007, he joined a group of business professionals called BNI and fell in love with the referral side of growing your business. Over the next 10 years, he continued to grow his business by word of mouth. In 2014, Joe became a BNI director and for the next 2 years, worked on starting different groups that would go on to grow their businesses through word of mouth marketing.
In 2013, Joe and his wife opened Hawk Health Fitness Studio, a small group fitness studio serving the Manhattan area. They participated in parades and events. In 2016, they closed to partner with Fitness Premier and opened a facility in Manhattan in 2017. Joe is currently the Fitness Manager at Fitness Premier in Manhattan. His goal is to become more involved in the Chamber of Commerce to help small businesses grow.
