The Annual Labor Day Parade takes place on Labor Day. This event is a long-standing tradition in Manhattan.  Many local businesses, organizations, politicians, and residents take part in the parade, marching, walking or riding on floats.  The parade begins on Second Street by Anna McDonald School and progresses North on State Street through town. It then goes east on North Street and ends at Thelma Street. The parade is well-attended by residents and a great way to celebrate the Labor Day Holiday.
